Dan Hutts

Dan heads SLC’s expanding homebuilding footprint in Texas Hill Country. In his role, Dan will oversee future land acquisitions and lead development and home building efforts.

Since joining SLC in 2021, Dan has helped facilitate the acquisition of the site for SLC’s first Texas Hill Country development, a luxury home community in Dripping Springs. Before joining SLC, Dan built a successful multimillion-dollar luxury custom homebuilding business in Dallas, Texas, in which he built several single-family homes and multifamily units.
